JAKARTA – Jakarta Composite Stock Price Index (JCI) remained solid at the green zone while closing the first and entering the second session today (24/9) at 2.15 PM WIB. At the beginning, JCI was actually seen lower compared to afternoon session.
Monitoring the board, JCI was at 7,778.91 while starting the second session today. It arrived above the red zone threshold at 7,775, a level of which JCI touched at 9.30 AM WIB, rising strong from 7,734.90 at 9 AM WIB.
The index trend, which could be considered as quite dynamic, is reflected in other indices, which also reported slight increases. LQ45 went up 0.16% to 986.854, IDX30 up 0.17% to 505.143, IDX80 up 0.20% to 138.280, and IDXESGL up 0.03% to 172.389.
Several stocks that got corrected include PT Chandra Asri Pacific Tbk (TPIA), PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BBCA), PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk (BMRI), PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (TLKM), and PT Bank Negara (Persero) Tbk (BBNI).
On the other hand, some other stocks also saw strong movement upwards, such as PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BBRI), PT Amman Mineral Internasional Tbk (AMMN), PT Barito Pacific Tbk (BRPT), dan PT Garudafood Putra Putri Jaya Tbk (GOOD), PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk (ICBP), and PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk (INDF).
