JAKARTA - On Friday, September 20, PT Majukarya Mandiri Indonesia once again released its shares in the oil and gas tanker company PT Buana Lintas Lautan Tbk (BULL). This investor previously held 5.66% of the shares, but the latest sale of 83.58 million shares has reduced its share portion to 5.07%. Along with three other securities, Majukarya Mandiri sold the shares to PT Dwidana Sakti Sekuritas.
Additionally, PT Samuel Tumbuh Bersama sold more than 23.71 million shares of PT Nusantara Sawit Sejahtera Tbk (NSSS), a producer of palm oil. Equatorex Sdn Bhd, a foreign investor, sold 1.14 million shares of PT Tanah Laut Tbk (INDX), a company that provides seaport services.
Two investors of PT Perma Plasindo Tbk (BINO), Ruhong Holding Pte Ltd and PT Intan Pariwara, each with a final share portion of 88.55% and 7.9%, also recorded a minor decrease in shares. Nevertheless, neither of them lost any of the total shares that they owned in the company that produced and distributed office supplies under the Bantex brand. Intan Pariwara held 174 million shares of BINO, while Ruhong was reported to own 1.94 billion shares.
In the meantime, PT Shima Global Kapital acquired about 34.55 million shares of PT Energi Mega Persada Tbk (ENRG), bringing its total holdings in the company that is involved in oil and gas exploration and trading to 21.81%. PT Sinar Mas Cakrawala then acquired 2.55 million shares of PT Sinar Mas Multiartha Tbk (SMMA), a provider of financial services, and PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk (INTP), a manufacturer of cement,bought back 140,900 shares.
Additionally, individual investor Yulisar Khiat chose to purchase 30,300 shares in PT Medikaloka Hermina Tbk (HEAL), the company that runs the Hermina Hospital. Finally, PT Haloni Jane Tbk (HALO), a manufacturer of disposable gloves, saw Hansen Jap purchase an additional 439,500 shares. (KD)
