Adira Dinamika Multifinance seeks extra IDR 2 trillion from bond issuance

Adira Dinamika Multifinance Tbk (ADMF), a consumer financing company under PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (BDMN), plans to issue Shelf-Registration Bond VI Phase IV Year 2024 with total principal of IDR 2 trillion.

Said security is a part of a more extensive public offering program of Shelf-Registration Bond VI of ADMF with total fund to be raised clocking up to IDR 9 trillion. Prior to this, ADMF had issued Bond Phase I of IDR 1.7 trillion, Phase II of IDR 1.25 trillion, and Phase III of IDR 1.6 trillion.

For this upcoming round of issuance, ADMF will offer the bond in 3 series. Series A will be offered with a principal of IDR 785 billion, series B IDR 815 billion, and series C IDR 400 billion. The coupon set for each series ranges from 6.45% to 6.80% per annum (p.a.).

In the issued prospectus, ADMF is said to utilise the entire proceeds of this bond issuance for consumer financing activities.

ADMF had secured an “idAAA” rating for its existing bonds. The public offering will begin on October 3 until October 7, 2024, followed by the listing on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on October 11, 2024. (KR/ZH)
