JAKARTA – Prinsip Management Limited (PML), Singapore, collected IDR 100.36 billion from divesting its shares inPT FAP Agri Tbk (FAPA).
Ricky Tjandra, President Director of FAPA, mentioned that PML will divest 18.93 million shares for IDR 5,300 each last week (18/9). Post-transaction, its portion will shrink to 74.75% from 75.28% of total listed shares, or from 2.70 billion to 2.68 billion shares.
During divestment process, FAPA’s stock price was seen arriving at IDR 5,200 per share. The transaction volume hit 1,700 shares within 3 transactions worth IDR 9.01 billion.
As of August 2024, FAPA’s shareholders consisted of PML of 74.44%, PT Fangionoperk 6.59%, the public 17.86%, and treasury stock 1.11%. Total shareholders clocked up to 305, with ultimate beneficial owner of the shares being Wirastuty Fangiono. (LK/ZH)
