Sigma Energi Compressindo Tbk (SICO), an oil and gas service company established circa 2007, is planning an interim dividend distribution of IDR 3 per share or IDR 2.73 billion in total.
Vita Diani Satiadhi, Director of SICO, said that this plan aligns with the decision made by the board of directors a couple of days ago. “It had been approved by the board of commissioner on October 1, 2024,” said Satiadhi in the official statement.
The interim dividend will be disbursed to SICO’s shareholders whose names have been listed under Official Register of Shareholders by October 14, 2024. Then, the payment will be made on October 21, 2024.
According to IDNFinancials data, SICO scored net profit of IDR 7.75 billion in the first half (H1) of 2024. As of June 30, 2024, the company also recorded retained earnings of IDR 20.99 billion and total equity of IDR 123.6 billion.
Currently, 63.29% of SICO’s shares are under the control of PT Sigma Energy Utama. Then, another 6.35% belong to Patricia Gitta Chandra, leaving the remaining 30.36% to the public. (KR/ZH)
