JAKARTA. PT Sawitmas Parenggan, a palm plantation company operated since 2006 in Central Kalimantan, has issued Medium Term Notes (MTN) with total principal worth IDR 110 billion.
Said security was issued under the title MTN II of PT Sawitmas Parenggan Year 2024 Phase I, II, and III. Total principals for Phase I and II are IDR 37 billion each, while MTN Phase III is offered with total principal of IDR 36 billion.
The coupons offered by Sawitmas Parenggan through MTN Phase I, II, and III were set to 11.75% per annum (p.a.) each. In the meantime, the tenor of each series is set to 5 years.
The arranger of the issuance of MTN of Sawitmas Parenggan is PT Trimegah Sekuritas Indonesia Tbk (TRIM), while PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat dan Banten Tbk (BJBR) will be assigned as the trustee.
As of now, the three series of MTN have been registered in Indonesia Central Securities Depository (KSE). MTN Sawitmas Parenggan has trading and transfer unit set to IDR 1 billion. (KR/ZH)
