JAKARTA. PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (PNM), a non-bank financing institution under ultra-micro holding ofPT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BBRI), issues medium term sukuk mudharabah of IDR 262 billion.
The security has been registered in Indonesia Central Security Depository under the title Medium Term Sukuk Muharabah VI of PT Permodalan Nasional Madani Year 2024 Phase II.
The yield for this sukuk is floating yield, to be distributed every three months for 3 years.
The distribution of sukuk mudharabah is set to Friday (11/10), while the maturing date is set to October 11, 2027.
For the record, PNM has assigned PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk (BRIS) as the trustee for this sukuk mudharabah issuance. (KR/ZH)
