JAKARTA - PT Sekar Laut Tbk (SKLT), a food and beverage manufacturer best known for its Finna brand, welcomed four new investors on Thursday, October 10. The four investors purchased 451.82 million SKLT shares, or 6.54% of the total, through PT Henan Putihrai Sekuritas. The four investors are PT Sentra Dinamika Persada, PT Eswhuang, PT Visi Inti Pelangi, and PT Aneka Agro Food. In the meantime, Sekar Laut released 17,500 of its own shares via PT BNI Sekuritas, giving it a 9.83% final ownership position.
This time, there was another recorded share purchase from Darmawan Suryadi SM, an individual investor who bought 784,400 shares of PT Prima Globalindo Logistik Tbk (PPGL), an issuer that serves the import and export market by delivering goods. This means that 52.65% of PPGL shares are currently held by this controlling investor. However, PT Sinar Mas Cakrawala, another controller, actually sold 15.56 million shares of PT Sinar Mas Multiartha Tbk (SMMA), a provider of financial services. Following this transaction, 12.33 million shares of the palm oil company PT Nusantara Sawit Sejahtera Tbk (NSSS) were sold by PT Samuel Tumbuh Bersama.
While there was no decrease in the total number of shares held, two investors in PT Perma Plasindo Tbk (BINO), Ruhong Holding Pte Ltd and PT Intan Pariwara, reported a decrease in shares from the previous trading day. With 1.94 billion shares, Ruhong Holding Pte Ltd currently holds 88.3% of the BINO share market, while Intan Pariwara, with 174 million shares, holds 7.88%. (KD)
