JAKARTA - PT Hexa Prima Nusantara (HPN) has become an indirect controller over PT Lini Imaji Kreasi Ekosistem Tbk (FUTR) after acquiring 99.99% of PT Digital Futura Global (DFG) from PT Investasi Gemilang Maju (IGM).
Martha Rebecca, President Director of FUTR, mentioned that DFG is the controlling shareholder of FUTR, owning 3.27 billion or 51.22% of total issued and paid-up capital.
“Total value of acquisition of 24,999 shares of DFG reaches IDR 24.9 billion,” Rebecca said in the information disclosure quoted Tuesday (22/10).
Taking over DFG through IGM, the previous indirect controller of FUTR, was set to a price of IDR 7.64 per share. The transfer of shares began to take effect yesterday (21/10).
According to Rebecca, HPN’s takeover is intended as business diversification and to create a synergy between business ecosystems of the company and Hexa Group. For the record, HPN and IGM are known not to be affiliated. (LK/ZH)
