JAKARTA - PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk (WSKT) and a number of banking creditors renewed (amended) a debt restructuring agreement worth IDR 26.21 trillion. Changes to the restructuring agreement related to the waiver of the provisions of the account and cash management agreement which are valid until October 2026.
In an information disclosure quoted on Tuesday (22/10), Muhammad Hanugroho, President Director of WSKT stated that the effective conditions that apply to the Master Restructuring Agreement (MRA) Amendment and Restatement of the Syndicated Credit Agreement for the KMK Guarantee Facility have been fulfilled and have been effective since last week (17/10). To date, the total outstanding principal amount is IDR 26.21 trillion, including the allocation for each tranche, which is still in the finalization stage of reconciliation with all creditors, he said.
On October 7 2024, WSKT has signed a deed of amended inter-bank agreement with its debtors, namely, PT BPD Banten and West Java Tbk (BJBR), PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk (BRIS), PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BBNI), PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BBRI), PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk (BMRI), SMBC, PT Bank CTBC Indonesia, Panin, Shinhan, Rasona Perdania, BNP Paribas, Permata, PT Bank SBI Indonesia and Bank of China ( Hong Kong) Limited, Jakarta.
On October 3 2024, WSKT and a number of its creditors signed an amendment and restatement of the syndicated revolving credit agreement worth IDR 8.07 trillion with a non-cash loan sublimit of IDR 6.26 trillion and supplier financing of IDR 6.26 trillion. Creditors include BMRI, BBNI, BBRI, BJBR and BPD North Sumatra. In this agreement, the debtor has withdrawn IDR 11.34 trillion and the amendment to the agreement has a principal amount outstanding of IDR 5.28 trillion.
On August 16 2024, this issuer and a number of its creditors signed an MRA Amendment related to the restructuring of bank debt amounting to IDR 26.21 trillion, the bank debt will be divided and paid under the terms of a credit facility of IDR 24.15 trillion to a conventional bank and a sharia financing facility of IDR 2.05 trillion .
Credit facilities of IDR 24.15 trillion to conventional banks in Tranche A Credit of IDR 3.91 trillion and Tranche B Credit of IDR 20.20 trillion. Sharia financing for Tranche A IDR 336.76 billion and Tranche B IDR 1.72 trillion. (LK/LM)
