Trump Raises $25 Million in Nashville
Donald Trump, once a crypto skeptic, reportedly raised $25 million at the Bitcoin 2024 conference in Nashville last weekend.
Following Trump’s keynote speech, most of the funds were gathered during a Saturday fundraiser held at Nashville’s Music City Center.
This event turned out to be his “second largest fundraiser ever,” with contributions coming from a mix of industry leaders and prominent crypto figures.
In addition to the Bitcoin conference fundraiser, Trump hosted another high-profile fundraising event in Nashville. Tickets soared to $844,600, and a photo opportunity with the former president was priced at a minimum of $60,000.
Before the conference, Trump had already raised over $4 million in digital currencies, including Bitcoin, Ether, XRP, and USDC. Notably, the Winklevoss twins were among the top donors, each contributing 15.57 Bitcoin, valued at over $1 million at the time of donation.
