FAP Agri Tbk (FAPA), a palm oil manufacturer operating since 1994, reports dividend income coming from two of its subsidiaries, PT Agung Karya Abadi (AKA) and PT Tirta Madu Sawit Jaya (TMSJ).
Henryzal M. Panjaitan, Corporate Secretary of FAPA, said that the total dividend secured from these two subsidiaries clocks up to IDR 116.85 billion. Approximately IDR 106.4 billion is brought in by AKA, while the remaining IDR 10.45 billion comes from TMSJ.
“There are no impact of event, information, or material fact towards operational activities,” said Panjaitan in the official statement.
According to IDNFinancials data, AKA is a company engaged in the palm plantation industry and operates in Riau. AKA records total assets before elimination of IDR 221.09 billion.
Meanwhile, TMSJ also manages palm plantation and palm oil refinery, but in North Kalimantan, with total assets before eliminations of IDR 1.08 trillion.
Throughout the first half of 2024, FAPA reported ent sales of IDR 2.49 trillion, resulting in net profit of IDR 83.05 billion. (KR/ZH)
