Dana Brata Luhur Tbk (TEBE), a holding company investing in several infrastructure projects, will distribute interim dividend of IDR 15 per share or IDR 19.27 billion in total.
Ayu Yusman, Corporate Secretary of TEBE, mentioned that said plan aligns with the decision made by the board of directors. “It had been approved by the board of commissioners on July 31, 2024,” added Yusman in the information disclosure in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).
The interim dividend will be given to shareholders whose named have been listed by the recording date on August 14, 2024. The interim dividend will then be paid on August 26.
According to IDNFinancials data, TEBE booked net profit of IDR 43.02 billion as of June 30, 2024. In addition, the company still recorded retained earnings of IDR 631.74 billion and total equity of IDR 1.05 trillion.
As of now, 39.31% of TEBE are under the control of PT Prima Mineral Utama. Public investors then control another 32.70%, followed by South Bay Capital of 8.89%, Hoch Ventures of 8.31%, PT Robust Buana Tunggal of 7.32%, and the remaining portion is split amongst directors and commissioners of the company.
