JAKARTA. PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk (DSSA), a mining company under Sinarmas Group, has reportedly acquired PT Teknovatus Solusi Sejahtera (TSS) for IDR 26.5 billion.
Said acquisition is carried out through DSSA’s subsidiaries, PT SMPlus Sentra Data (SSD) and PT SMPlus Digital Investama (SDI). After the acquisition, SSD will control 99% of TSS, and the remaining goes to SDI.
“This acquisition is expected to expand technology business line of the company,” added Susan Chandra, Corporate Secretary of DSSA, in the official statement earlier today (8/8).
According to IDNFinancials data, TSS had previously been under the control of Inti Bangun Sejahtera (IBS) Group. TSS is engaged in the data centre and cloud computing business, with the brand Hive Cloud.
Until march 2024, DSSA booked total assets of USD 3.11 billion, with cash and cash equivalent worth USD 640.65 million. Meanwhile, total equity clocked up to USD 1.88 billion. (KR/ZH)
