FAPA scored another dividend income, this time worth IDR 72.5 billion

Triputra Agro Persada Tbk (FAPA), a palm plantation company operating since 1994, revealed another round of dividend income of IDR 72.5 billion.

Joni Tjeng, Corporate Secretary of FAPA, mentioned that said dividend income came from 2 subsidiaries of the company, namely PT First Lamandau Timber International (FLTI) and PT Dwiwira Lestari Jaya (DLJ). The dividend payment took place following approval from FLTI and DLJ’s shareholders secured on August 19, 2024.

The dividend from FLTI amounts to IDR 40.26 billion, while DLJ grants IDR 32.25 billion worth of dividend to FAPA. Thus, the total dividend clocks up to IDR 72.5 billion.

“No material effects have been imposed by the interim dividend payment from entities controlled by the company,” said Tjeng.

According to IDNFinancials data, FLTI is subsidiary of FAPA owned through PT Agro Multi Persada (AMP), while DLJ is controlled by the company through PT Persada Agro Nusantara (PAN). (KR/ZH)
