JAKARTA - PT Bangun Kosambi Sukses (BKS), a subsidiary ofPT Pantai Indah Kapuk Dua Tbk (PANI), increases its portion in PT Cahaya Gemilang Indah Cemerlang (CGIC) to 55.89% from 51% of issued and paid-up capital. This portion increase is intended to prevent dilution of shares of BKS and PANI in CGIC.
In the information disclosure quoted Tuesday (3/9), BKS purchases 22,600 shares issued by CGIC worth IDR 500 thousand each with price set to IDR 1.70 million per share. Total transaction value reached approximately IDR 38.42 billion.
Post-transaction, CGIC’s authorised capital will increase to 906,278 shares from 800,000. With nominal value of IDR 500 thousand each, CGIC’s issued and paid-up capital will rise to IDR 453.36 billion from IDR 400 billion.
The shareholder structure of CGIC consists of BKS of 51%, PT Agung Sedayu (AS) of 24.5%, and PT Tunas Mekar Jaya (TMJ) of 24.5%. Post-transaction, shareholder structure will change into BKS of 55.89%, AS of 22.06%, and TMJ of 22.06%. (LK/ZH)
