JAKARTA - On Thursday, July 25, foreign investor Anderson Investments Pte Ltd acquired a total of 1.61 billion shares of PT Mega Manunggal Property Tbk (MMLP), a warehouse provider that supports the real estate industry. Anderson\'s share portion increased from 6.08% to 23.37% as a result of thistransaction via securities PT Bank DBS Indonesia Citibank N.A.
Additionally, PT Akulaku Silvrr Indonesia acquired 951.31 million shares of the banking company PT Bank Neo Commerce Tbk (BBYB), resulting in a significant increase in their share portion from 29.42% to 34.45%. However, due to their exclusion from the company\'s rights issue, two additional BBYB investorssaw a decrease in their share portion. The ownership of 937.97 million BBYB shares, held by PT Gozco Capital, decreased from 7.56% to 7.03%. Next, with 736.96 million shares owned, Rockcore Financial Technology Co. Ltd. saw a decrease from 5.94% to 5.52%.
