Tigaraksa Satria Tbk (TGKA) has divested the entire portion of its shares in PT Gramedia Digital Nusantara (GDN) to PT Digital Intisari Nusantara (DIN).
Syahrizal Sabir, Corporate Secretary of TGKA, mentioned that the portion of TGKA in GDN sold to DIN is 93,345 shares, which are equal to 70% of GDN.
“This transaction does not negatively affect operational ang legal activities, financial condition, or business sustainability of the company,” said Sabir in the official statement.
According to IDNFinancials data, GDN is a business entity under Kompas Gramedia Group. GDN is engaged in digital platform provider service industry. Several products managed by GDN include Gramedia.com, Gramedia Digital, Jurnal Ruang, E-Perpus, and Buku Sekolah.
TGKA itself has been an official shareholder of GDN after acquiring 70% of its shares in July 2022. This acquisition is carried out in order to transfer supporting business lines to GDN. (KR/ZH)
