JAKARTA -PT PP Properti Tbk (PPRO) successfully marketed 755 units out of 826 total units of Louvin Apartment in Jatinangor, East Bandung, West Java as of July 2024.
Andek Prabowo, President Director of PPRO, mentioned that total marketed units are equal to 91.40% of total units available at Louvin Apartment, Jatinangor.
“At the end of December 2024, we are optimistic that all apartment units will be sold out,” Prabowo said in the press release quoted Wednesday (21/8).
It is then mentioned that the company had handed over 560 units to customers. These handovers, Prabowo claimed, are a testament to high demand and trust from consumers in PPRO’s products.
“Unit handovers are a form of commitment in providing comfortable student residence for college students and other residents,” Prabowo added.
As of June 2024, PPRO’s operating revenue was reported reaching IDR 189.81 billion, down from IDR 296.75 billion seen in the same period in 2023.
Its gross profit also dropped to IDR 19.45 billion from IDR 45.53 billion, while net loss worsened significantly to IDR 459.57 billion from IDR 37.02 billion. (LK/ZH)
