FIF Finance to issue Bond of IDR 2.5 trillion

JAKARTA - PT Federal International Finance/FIF Finance will issue Shelf-Registration Bond VI Phase IV Year 2024 of IDR 2.5 trillion. The bond will be issued in two series and guaranteed with full commitment.

In the short prospectus quoted today (21/8), Bond Series A is said to be worth IDR 1.25 trillion and offered with a fixed annual coupon of 6.55% with a tenor of 370 days. Meanwhile, series B is worth IDR 1.24 trillion and offered with a fixed coupon rate of 6.55% per annum with a tenor of 36 months.

The joint underwriters, along with their portions, consist of PT BNI Sekuritas 18%, PT BRI Danareksa Sekuritas 20.38%, PT CIMB Niaga Sekuritas 10.32%, PT Indo Premier Sekuritas 18.02%,PT Mandiri Sekuritas 16.05%, PT Trimegah Sekuritas Indonesia Tbk (TRIM) of 17.23%. Then, the appointed trustee is PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BBRI).

The entire proceeds gained from this bond issuance will be utilised for motor vehicle financing. (LK/ZH)
