JAKARTA – Jakarta Stock Price Composite Index (JCI) stopped at 7,597.88 at today’s (27/8) closing bell, lower than JCI’s opening position at 7,605.19 at 9 AM WIB.
Monitoring the stock transaction, JCI was seen sluggish at 7,500-ish, slipping down from its starting position at the level of 7,600. The index shift was in contrast compared to JCI’s trend last Monday (26/8), which broke records at over 7,600.
JCI’s bearish condition was further reflected on other indices, including LQ45 that got corrected 0.37% to 846.512, IDX30 that went down 0.71% to 478.263, IDX80 down 0.09% to 132.314, and IDXESGL down 0.72% to 165.110.
Stocks that were seen declining include PT Aneka Tambang Tbk (ANTM), PT Timah Tbk (TINS), PT Vale Indonesia Tbk (INCO), PT Bayan Resources Tbk (BYAN), and PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BBCA).
On the other hand, these stocks were shifting positively; they are PT Adaro Energy Indonesia Tbk (ADRO), PT Bukit Asam Tbk (PTBA), PT United Tractors Tbk (UNTR), and PT Harum Energy Tbk (HRUM). (LK/ZH)
