Sejahteraraya Anugrajaya Tbk (SRAJ), the owner of Mayapada Hospital network, has granted additional capital of IDR 50 billion to one of its subsidiaries, PT Sejahtera Inti Sentosa (SIS).
Afie Farisandi, Corporate Secretary of SRAJ, said that the capital investment is equal to 2.6% of total equity of the company. For the record, total equity of the company was recorded at IDR 1.87 trillion as of June 30, 2024.
“The purpose of the transaction is to support SIS’s growth and strengthen SIS’s capital structure,” added Farisandi in the information disclosure in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).
